Social Media Manager between April 2018 and June 2019

Artmag UK is the most popular art magazines in Scotland, with an established presence on the art publishing scene. The main challenges it faced was a low engagement on social media channels and a lack of dedicated online community.

I worked with the company's Head of Programming and Production on developing a strong social media strategy and ways for day-to-day engagement via social media.

I worked with the magazine's publisher to develop a marketing strategy and increase Artmag's online engagement.

My tasks included optimisation of visual content for the website and social media as well as reaching out to Artmag's press and institutional partners.

During my time at Artmag UK, I developed a coherent and sustainable model for community outreach and engagement. I successfully increased the numbers of followers and the awareness of the magazine.
